How does shipping work?

Each vendor or store is responsible for their shipping processes and rates. Their shipping rates, prices and processes may all differ. Think of it a bit like Etsy, in that there is no central warehousing and you deal directly with the store.

At this stage we are unable to consolidate orders, hence why you may see multiple shipping charges. This is the main focus for us to improve upon so we are looking into ways to redesign this.

How long will delivery take?

Due to the individual nature of the stores you deal with, we cannot explicitly say how long shipping will take. It may depend upon what you are having shipped, the method of shipping, and from where in Australia or New Zealand it may be coming from.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage, all orders made through Eleemo can only be shipped between Australia and New Zealand. Even then, some vendors may not ship in between the two countries. However, other vendors may ship internationally beyond Australia and New Zealand, but they will not be able to do so through Eleemo at this stage.
